From the north and north west
Take the M6 to Junction 30. Join the M61 travelling towards Bolton and Manchester to Junction 9 (approximately l/2 mile). Join the M65 going towards Blackburn to Junction 8. Take the A56 to Manchester.
From the north east
Take the M62 to Junction 18 signposted Whitefield. Join the M66 travelling North towards Burnley to the end of the Motorway. The dual carriageway continues as the A56. Then follow the A682 to Rawtenstall. Turn left
From the south
Take the M6 to Junction 21A. Join the M62 travelling towards Manchester. At Junction 12 the Motorway becomes the M60. Continue along the M60 to Junction 18. Join the M66 travelling North towards Burnley to the end of the Motorway. The dual carriageway continues as the A56. Then follow the A682 to Rawtenstall. Turn left
Take the M6 to Junction 21A. Join the M62 travelling towards Manchester. At Junction 12 the Motorway becomes the M60. Continue along the M60 to Junction 18. Join the M66 travelling North towards Burnley to the end of the Motorway. The dual carriageway continues as the A56. Then follow the A682 to Rawtenstall. Turn left
